Quality and Environment

Since July 2003, the Oceanário's Quality and Environment Management System is certified by SGS under NP EN ISO 9001 and NP EN ISO 14001 guidelines. These certifications clearly demonstrate the Oceanário's commitment towards better Quality and Environmental policies, which has been acknowledged by an independent panel that recognized the following aspects:

• The practices in use by the company, while fulfilling the needs and expectations of products and services directed to clients, are adequate and meet the highest standards possible;
• Every process, practice and method in use by the Oceanário meets close environmental guidelines, while assessing environmental impact of its activities, products and services.
