Since May 2005, the Environmental Managing Board of Oceanário is certified by the European Regulation (CE) nº 761/2001, under registration number PT000029.
Surpassing all ISO 14001 requirements, the Oceanário decided to venture even further:
- Fulfilling every single legal requirement associated with the company's activities;
- Actively engaging employees;
- Communicating with all interested parties;
- Constantly enhancing environmental performance.
