Let's save the oceans?

Getting to know the oceans and their biodiversity is the first step in ensuring the health of our planet. The oceans account for 98% of all space available to living organisms! They are home to mammals, fish, birds, reptiles, moulds and plants. However, no one knows exactly how many different species live in the oceans; they could total five million or even 30 million. There's still a lot to be learned. Hundreds of new species are found on every expedition to the polar regions or to the deepest parts of the oceans.
